Dear Valued Customers,

Many of you have asked if we still are open. In short, YES. We are OPEN and will REMAIN OPEN with a limited staff and reduced business hours until further notice. Please note our position is subject to change at anytime based on directives from Federal, State or Local government, but for now we ARE open as follows:

  • Sunday - CLOSED
  • Monday - CLOSED
  • Tuesday - Open 9am to 5pm
  • Wednesday - Open 9am to 5pm
  • Thursday - Open 9am to 5pm
  • Friday - Open 9am to 5pm
  • Saturday - Open 9am to 4pm

For those wondering about the recently announced Placer County and State of CA "Shelter in Place" directive, our business provides vehicle sales, service and transportation services. On Page 8 of the Governor's "Shelter in Place" directive (posted here https://covid19.ca.gov/img/EssentialCriticalInfrastructureWorkers.pdf), we are considered "Essential Services" as we are regulated by BAR (Bureau of Automotive Repair), hold a BAR license and are categorized as a vehicle sales and service facility. Motorized vehicles are required to get food and medical assistance, or provide a means to get to work in any of these Essential business sectors. Because we also serve many public agencies, including State and Local government, military, law enforcement, fire and utility accounts we are considered an "Essential Service". For these reasons and more, we will remain open until directed otherwise.

However, we want everyone to know that we are committed to fighting COVID-19 and have taken HUGE steps to regularly clean and disinfect our facility on a more frequent basis. We started this nearly a year ago with a very experienced and reputable janitorial service (even before the COVID-19 outbreak) but have stepped up the frequency and are cleaning regularly throughout each day, including spot cleaning and disinfecting countertops, keyboards and key pads.

Like most businesses, we have temporarily reduced scheduled staff (in our case by as much as 85% in any given day) and have asked our employees to stay home and self-quarantine if they are not feeling well. We have also asked any employees who are still working to refrain from the traditional hand-shake greeting and instead practice safe social distancing, wash hands frequently and use hand-sanitizer often (yes we still have it, and all employees & customers use it throughout the day).

For those customers who are in self-quarantine during this time, please remember that you can always shop for Parts and Accessories or place a phone/Internet order at ANY time from the comfort of your home (Click here: Shop Online Now). If you have limited Internet access and prefer to place a phone order, you can also call our shop and order by phone via credit card at 916-784-2444. We will ship any part or accessory directly to your home or office and shipping is FREE on any order over $75!!! Please note that on very large items (like UTV/Side-by-side roofs, doors, etc.) there may be a nominal surcharge for oversized packages. Curbside customer pick-up is also available if you don't want to wait for a shipment.

Need your vehicle serviced, but cannot get to our store? No problem! Contact our Service Department as we are offering for FREE pick-up and delivery within a 50-mile radius so that once COVID-19 has run its course, your vehicle will be ready to go for your next adventure!

We are pleased to report that we have only minimal employees and customers in the facility at any given time and everyone is practicing safe social distancing, washing hands frequently and using hand-sanitizer often (yes, we still have plenty of hand-sanitizer). One significant benefit to our new 34,000 SF facility is that we all have lots of room to roam AWAY from other people, and still be able shop and provide services to those of our customers who really need it during this time.
